• Organization information: details you enter during onboarding (org name, mission, programs, etc.) used to generate grant drafts
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps — collected via standard server logs
• Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the FundingDraft service
• To generate AI-assisted grant drafts based on your organization profile
• To send transactional emails (magic link login, billing receipts, deadline reminders)
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a secured database. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate FundingDraft:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — application hosting
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI content generation

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.
